Welcome to the EA&ER Blog!

Exquisite Acts & Everyday Rebellions is a year-long project based at California Institute of the Arts investigating the contemporary relationship between feminism, art & society. EA&ER will culminate in two major events in March 2007 which will take place on CalArts' Valencia campus:

Exquisite Acts & Everyday Rebellions Exhibition

Opening Reception: Thursday, March 9, 2007, 8-11 PM
What does feminist art look like today? The exhibition will feature works by CalArts students, faculty, and recent alumni. The week will also feature performances and other exciting events.

Exquisite Acts & Everyday Rebellions Symposium

Now that the blog is up and running, be sure to check back frequently for updates. We'll be posting announcements, interesting links and ideas that cross our path, and topics for discussion. We hope you'll make use of the "Comments" option at the bottom of each post to respond and share your thoughts.
